Ugh. I had SUCH big plans for tonight - I was going to leave work early, come home, have some wine and spend the rest of the evening playing with the goodies that I received from those absolutely wonderful guys at ThreadBear. Yarn, fiber to spin, it was such a good plan. And as we all know, the best laid plans… Right.
I did manage to get out of work early (6:15 tonight instead of the 10 that I’ve been doing all week), and I drove home, finding some of the stuff I was going to have to go to Bellevue at lunch tomorrow for, so that was good. Got home in a reasonable amount of time, and walked in to… Ew. A wonderful game of “where’s that nasty smell?” Quick! Find it! Kill it! Gah. I HATE that.
I did manage to get a few rows done on a scarf with the Cascade Indulgence from the aforementioned Guys, and have fallen in love wiht yet another yarn.
Tomorrow I will knit more and spin some. Or maybe Saturday, since I probably won’t get out of work until LATE again tomorrow. C’mon everybody! Join me in the I Hate Microsoft Dance! It’s fun! You’ll like it! Yes indeed.
