Just a little over an hour away from home (maybe 2 hours or so from Seattle?) is a wonderful series of day-hikes in a place called Staircase. It’s just outside Hoodsport (like y’all know where that is…).

Anyway, this is where we spent the day. So close to home, and yet a world away. Just what the doctor ordered.
